A Voz da Raça (The Voice of the Race) teaser from the unreleased 25 minute film.
Inspired by the 1930's underground newspaper of the same name. Founded by Brazilian Civil Rights activist "A Voz da Raça” (The Voice of the Race) was created to share information about Black community issues happening throughout the world.
Composed of vignettes, candid conversations, and poetry performances, A Voz Da Raça is a microcosm of Afro-Brazilian thought in São Paulo summer 2017.
